Bean There, Ran That · San Francisco

We run for the pastry.

BTRT is a San Francisco run club with a sweet tooth. Every Friday morning we lace up, run to a different bakery across the city, and settle in for coffee, croissants, and good company. All paces. All welcome.

01 / Weekly Runs

Three mornings a week. One ends in pastry.

Roll up to the meeting point and we will take it from there. We start on time, run together, and nobody gets left behind. New faces are the best part.

02 / The Café Board

Every Friday spot, ranked by the people who ran there.

We score each bakery out of five on pastry, coffee, and vibes, then average it across the whole club. Add your own rating and watch the board reshuffle in real time.

04 / Our People

It was never really about the miles.

BTRT started with four friends meeting at Kezar before sunrise, mostly because it was easier to show up when a warm croissant was waiting at the end. The run got longer. The table got bigger. The spreadsheet of cafés became a full-blown sport.

No dues, no pace requirements, no pressure to be anyone but yourself at 7 AM. Just a city full of bakeries and a standing invitation to run to them together.
